The Magnolia House. Located 8 minutes from downtown, surrounded by thousands of acres of national forest land this house was developed as a prototype for affordable living in style. This house was designed and build for less than half the typical price per square foot by staying very pragmatic and very focused on the end goal. the house is 2400 square feet but still has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a garage. The house was build with prefabricated building components, on a four foot module. That way they could actually be delivered to the steep access building site. Engineering: Structural Integrity
