8th Street. (the Wall house)
The 8th Street house is Located in central Boulder and sits on a transition between high density low ( single family ) density zoning. The house is surrounded on three sides by streets or alleys.   We build the house using prefabricated panels (SIPS). All the exterior walls and roofs were fabricated offsite and transported as a flat-pack on one truck to Boulder.

2800 sft. 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths. 2.5 car garage. open floor plan. SIPS construction, radiant heat ( in-floor and radiators ). concrete and wood floors.
