Sugar Loaf House
The Sugarloaf house sits on 2.2 acres of land about 15 minutes from downtown Boulder. The site is a slightly sloping meadow that faces south. The views from the lot are spectacular. At night you can see the city lights.   For this house we explored modular and pre-frabicated technologies. We had all the exterior walls made out of panels that were cut to size and lenght ( including openings for windows etc.. ) in a factory, before transporting them to the site.

3600 sft, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Office and guest room, laundry, attached 2.5 car garage, open floor plan. SIPS construction, in floor radiant heat. Septic and well, solar panel ready.
