Denver Duplex This duplex is located close to downtown Denver, bordering the Highlands area. It was designed to accomodate families with older kids or empty nesters. For a project in Boulder, we decided rather then recycle or scrape the existing house, to move it to Louisville, CO. The existing ( to be moved ) house was is very good shape. In Louisville we build a walkout basement and put the house on top of it.

This house originally started it’s life in Boulder and we moved it to Louisville. In Louisville we build a complete new foundation and garden level basement with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We added a new garage in front of the house.
